Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a Royal Mail return label or a QR code, along with clear instructions on how and where to send your parcel.

📦 Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the customer’s address and delivery location.

In most cases, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
The exact return cost will be confirmed after the return request has been reviewed.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error, we may cover the return shipping costs at our discretion.

The store reserves the right to assess each return request individually and make the final decision regarding:

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We sell clothing only.

Returns are not accepted for:
• clothing that has been worn, washed, or shows signs of use
• items returned without original tags or original packaging
• sale or discounted items
• gift cards

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the required condition.

The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item.
Once the return is approved, a new order should be placed separately.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
